With 24/7 access to healthcare providers — along with same-day prescription refills, exclusive pricing on wellness resources, and convenient lab testing options — LifeMD+ makes it easier than ever to prioritize your health.

LifeMD is a monthly subscription program. Your credit card will be charged $19 at the beginning of each billing cycle, and the subscription will automatically renew unless you choose to cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the LifeMD patient portal.

While the LifeMD+ membership comes with a range of valuable benefits, additional charges may apply for consultations, prescriptions, and/or lab work based on your needs and insurance coverage. Here's a summary of what to expect:

• Video visits with licensed healthcare providers, available within an hour°, are $50 (cash), or the cost of your co-pay* if you use your insurance.
• Annual and specialty lab testing through Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp is the responsibility of the patient but is often covered by insurance.*

°Video-based (synchronous) visits will be available within one hour of request. Certain conditions may be treated via message-based (asynchronous) care. Message based treatments will receive responses from providers within 4 hours.

Yes! LifeMD+ offers 24/7 access to licensed healthcare providers, including weekends and holidays. Appointments are available within an hour°, ensuring you can receive care when you need it most.

Yes. LifeMD+ members benefit from annual and specialty lab testing through Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics to help you track and manage your health markers. Your LifeMD care team can send a lab order directly to your LifeMD patient portal.

Lab orders required or requested by a LifeMD-affiliated provider as part of a specialty program (e.g., weight management) are at no cost to you (if completed at a Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp lab.) For labs not covered by LifeMD, options standardly include utilizing insurance or paying out-of-pocket (discounted rates may be available).

Please keep in mind that due to state regulations, LifeMD cannot cover lab service costs for patients residing in NY, NJ, and RI; these patients (or their insurance) will be billed by the lab directly.

The LifeMD Weight Management Program is a 360° approach that combines groundbreaking medications, advanced lab testing, and the expertise of leading clinicians to create a highly effective approach to weight loss. We’ll take your unique metabolic profile and lifestyle habits into account to help ensure you lose the extra weight — one of the most important things you’ll ever do for your health.

Licensed healthcare providers can prescribe a wide range of medications to help you reach your weight-loss goals — from GLP-1s to additional options such as Triple Therapy (an oral treatment plan that combines metformin, bupropion, and topiramate).

Triple Therapy is included in the cost of the program. Medication costs for GLP-1 medications are not included unless stated at the time of purchase. When appropriate, our insurance benefits check service will work with you and your insurer to determine coverage for brand-name prescription medications. You can also explore discounted cash-pay pricing for several brand-name medications.

Once you enroll in the LifeMD Weight Management Program, we'll welcome you to the program, review your medical history, and collect any additional information needed to ensure a solid start. We'll also help coordinate the collection of lab work, if needed.

Your clinician may determine you're a candidate for weight loss medication, such as GLP-1 medication or Triple Therapy medication. The weight loss medications prescribed through LifeMD can help you safely and effectively drop weight (alongside healthy eating and exercise habits, of course).

Yes! Everything, from your initial visit to support from clinicians and ongoing check-ins, can be done right from your computer or smartphone. Lab work may be required.

The LifeMD Mental Health Program is a flexible, virtual care service designed to support your mental well-being through personalized, judgment-free treatment. Depending on your needs and medical history, you may qualify for a treatment plan that includes medication prescribed to be taken daily or only as needed. Medication is included in the cost of your monthly membership.

If medication is prescribed, your provider will guide you on how to take it safely. You’ll receive regular check-ins and renewal prompts, and you can stay connected with your LifeMD care team through secure messaging in the patient portal.

LifeMD offers two distinct care plans, depending on the type and frequency of your symptoms — and the kind of support you’re looking for:

• Social or performance anxiety is supported with prescription medication taken only as needed. This approach is designed to help you manage high-stress moments — such as public speaking, interviews, or social events — without the need for daily medication. The medication is included in the cost of your monthly membership.
• General anxiety or depression is supported with a daily prescription medication. This plan provides steady, ongoing support for your mental well-being. The medication is included in the cost of your monthly membership.

The LifeMD Women’s Health Program is a personalized, evidence-based approach to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and lifestyle support for women navigating perimenopause or menopause. The program is designed to help relieve symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog, mood changes, reduced libido, and more.

Your care will include prescription HRT (when appropriate), secure messaging with your LifeMD care team, regular check-ins with a licensed healthcare provider to assess your progress, and access to tools that support healthy aging — all from the convenience of your phone or computer.

Medications that may be considered are estradiol (patch, insert, or gel), micronized progesterone, and thyroid replacement if necessary. The hormones prescribed through LifeMD are bioidentical, meaning they have the same chemical and molecular structure as the hormones naturally produced by your body. Customized programs may include different strengths, routes, and dosing schedules for medications. Your provider will work with you to determine the most appropriate option(s) based on your symptoms, preferences, and medical history.
